The Charity’s Aims and Objectives:  . The promotion of amateur cricket at junior level through the provision and delivery of  programs that facilitate, encourage and support participation in cricket at a “grass roots”  level.  . The enhancement of amateur cricket at junior level through the provision and delivery of  programs that increase skills, identify potential and foster development of talent. . The provision of identified career path opportunities for talented amateur cricket at junior level through the establishment of an exchange program. . The use of cricket as a vehicle in which to deliver help, advice, guidance and education.
